Shipping and Delivery
For orders AUD$100 or more per transaction, we offer free standard delivery Australia wide.
For all other orders within Australia, we charge a flat rate of AUD$8.00 for standard delivery Australia wide.
We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post’s standard parcel delivery service. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. For details regarding estimated delivery times, please visit the Australia Post website. We do not take any responsibility for any items delayed or lost in transportation.
Returns and Exchange Policy
We understand that you may need to return or exchange an item purchased from our website.
If you wish to return or exchange an item you have purchased on our website, you may be eligible if:
· you have submitted a request for a return or exchange together with proof of purchase to email@example.com;
· you have purchased a regular priced item (unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty or not as ordered);
· your item is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging; and
· you send the item via post to Bruce Goose (125 Templewood Crescent, Avondale Heights, Victoria 3034, Australia) within 14 days from the date of delivery.
You will be responsible for all postage costs associated with a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty or not as ordered. We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service and/or obtain shipping insurance if your item is over $75.
Once we have received and inspected your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your request for return and/or exchange has been approved.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
If we approve your request for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you have not received your refund within two weeks, we ask that you recheck your bank account and enquire with your credit card company and your bank. If you have done all of this and have still not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our Returns and Exchange Policy is in addition to other consumer rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Pricing and Availability
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and include GST. The prices quoted on the website are final prices at the time shown and may vary from prices in stores. All prices are subject to change. You must pay for your items purchased on this website at the time of placing an order.
Items are subject to availability. We do our best to update our website to reflect stock availability, but should an item be out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund you for that item.
Use of Website
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase from this website. You may only use the Bruce Goose website to make purchases for personal use only. You must not make any purchases for commercial use. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bruce Goose, its employees and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs arising from your use of this website or your breach of these Terms.
